Tile floors can be either finished or natural in appearance. Natural tile floors do not
have any finish applied to them, but they still need to be scrubbed
periodically to remove any built up dirt and keep the grout lines clean.
Finished tile floor maintenance starts by stripping all of the old finish
completely off and then applying new floor finish. A high speed buffer is
then used to polish the floor to a high-gloss shine on a schedule set up to
your needs.
Hardwood Floor maintenance requires a great deal of experience. The wood needs to be carefully sanded,
